The Transformation Intelligence Platform
The platform holds the decisions, mandates, policies, controls, evidence and execution as one governed memory. Every decision is traceable, every AI agent works from governed knowledge, and every executive sees the same reality. It is the instrument that proves the advice, not a product sold on its own.
The platform joins decisions to the policies they cite, the regulatory obligations those policies satisfy, the controls and evidence, the risks each decision carries, the authority under which people and agents act, and the services each decision governs. When a service fails, the blast radius and the obligations at risk are a query, not an investigation.
Decisions are recorded as Transformation Decision Records under the open MTDR standard, then joined into this graph. Demonstrated in the Accountable Bank over a curated dependency catalogue and synthetic data; self-registering services and live telemetry are designed, not yet built.
Run continuously, the graph produces a trust ledger: a projection of the governed graph, not a separate system of record. Where the accounting ledger records value, the trust ledger records who was authorised to decide or act, within what limits, against which obligations, with what evidence, and what happened when the decision was executed.
The discipline behind the platform is Transformation Intelligence. The loop that produces the evidence is the Decisioning Loop.
Every demonstration uses the same navigation, because each is a different view of one governed graph.
A governed family gift across generations, modelled through every intelligence. Our worked example.
Our own change, modelled the way we model a client. Every decision about this website, recorded.
Payments, Mortgage, Fraud, Customer Onboarding, SME Lending, Treasury and Cross-border payments, added as the graph grows.
Prefer to see it run? The live demonstrations execute on synthetic data with production-grade controls.
Tell us the proposition, architecture decision, or transformation problem you are facing. We will tell you, honestly, whether and how we can help.
Discuss a challengeLiving models and Field Notes on the future of banking. Published when the model changes, not on a schedule.
