Experience Journeys

A journey is the end-to-end experience a person or institution actually lives. We use journeys to test propositions, authority, governed data, and consumer outcomes before a bank commits to build, because a good journey is never just an experience problem: it pulls several Intelligences together at once.

A journey is not the same as a proposition

A journey is the experience a person or institution lives, end to end. A proposition is the commercial or product concept a bank sells. One proposition can contain several journeys, and a single journey usually draws on several Intelligences at once. We lead with the journey because that is where outcomes are won or lost, and because it exposes the assumptions a product description hides.

Journeys connect the lenses

A journey is where several Intelligences meet at once. The person lives one path; underneath sit governed knowledge, human-and-agent reasoning, controls, and economics.

Knowledge

The governed context, concepts, rules and evidence a journey depends on. In Capability Intelligence.

C3

The reference architecture for governed human-machine action: capability, context and consent in operation. In the architecture.

Financial logic

The P&L of the change, understood early enough to test cost, transition and value. Financial Intelligence.

Demonstrated journeys

These run as demonstrations on Accountable Bank, on synthetic data with test consumers, never a production service.

Family Wealth Demonstrated

Relationship depth and deposit retention across a household, with delegated access kept under control.

Premium Yacht Demonstrated

Delegated authority on a high-value asset without loss of customer control.

International Student Demonstrated

Identity, funding, and cross-border onboarding for someone arriving from abroad.

Cross-Border Real-Time Payments Demonstrated

A payment experience designed to win the deposit, not just move the money.

Blueprint journeys

Designed and specified, not yet demonstrated end to end.

A Place to Start Blueprint

Help one person without a fixed address, conventional documents, or a smartphone gain an ordinary basic bank account, while the bank keeps accountability and the applicant keeps control.

Bank Migration Journey Blueprint

A commercial and corporate bank moves to a governed, AI-ready architecture for programmable sterling, systemic stablecoins and agentic services, as a sequence of propositions proven in a clean room, with the legacy core kept as one governed component. The Synthetic Bank Migration Twin models it on synthetic data before a bank buys or migrates a core.

Franchise Network Blueprint

Network-wide operations across many franchise businesses under one accountable structure.

Sterling Stablecoin Blueprint

An issuer moving to systemic scale under the Bank of England's draft Code of Practice, read through the Intelligences: backing, daily reconciliation and evidence, redemption against the 24-hour clock, and the safeguarding structure. Advisory and architecture, not a platform.

Smart Liquidity Blueprint

An agent that moves money between current and savings pots automatically and covers a direct debit on the way back, so a customer never loses interest or trips an overdraft. The same liquidity orchestration extends to corporates. A proposition almost no one ships today.

What a journey looks like end to end

The Synthetic Bank Migration Twin is the most involved journey: model a plausible legacy bank with synthetic data, prove the target architecture and migration touchpoints, then leave with a vendor-neutral specification. A synthetic migration model, not an operational digital twin.

See the journeys running

The demonstrations run on one governed, agent-native platform, built to production-grade controls on synthetic data. The consumers are test consumers and never real customers, and nothing here runs a production banking service.
